Home My WebLink About1966 169 CC RESO1966 169 CC RESOàKÒRESOLUTION NO. 66-169 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING CERTAIN VEHICULAR TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLD AS FOLLCWSs SECTION The following area Is hereby designated as a Twenty 20) Minute Parking" area, pursuant to Section 5569 a) h) of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, The northerly side of Ramona Boulevard adjacent to the southerly side of the Southern Pacific Railway right-of-way between Sierra Madre and the West City Boundary except the following areas: a) 50 feet East and West of the inter- section of the center line of Foster Avenue with said northerly line of Ramona Boulevard. b) 100 feet East and West 3f the inter- section of the northerly projection of the westerly line of Kenmore Avenue with said northerly line of Ramona Boulevard. c) 100 feet East and West of the Inter- section of the northerly projection of the westerly line of Stewart Avenue with said northerly line of Ramona Boulevard. d) 50 feet East and West of the inter- section of the center line of La Rica Avenue and said northerly line of Ramona Boulevard. e) 100 feet westerly of the westerly line of Sierra Madre and Its intersection with said northerly line of Ramona Boulevard. SECTION 2. The following sections of Ramona Boulevard adjacent to the southerly line of the Southern Pacific Railway right-of- way are hereby designated as Two 2) Hour Parking" areas, pursuant to Sections 5558 of Ith® Baldwin Park Municipal Code; 1) 5° fe®^ East and West of the intersection of the center line of Foster Avenue with said southerly line. 2) 100 feet East and West of the intersection of the northerly projection of the westerly line of Kenmore Avenue with said southerly line* 5) 100 feet East and West of the Intersection of the northerly projection of the westerly line of Stewart Avenue with said southerly line. it.) 150 feet East and West of the intersection of the centerline of La Rica Avenue and said southerly line. 5) 100 feet westerly of the westerly line of Sierra Madre Avenue and Its intersection with said southerly line. SECTION 5, That the Street Superintendent Is hereby directed and Instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb markings giving notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic restrictions.
