A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION 65-140 RELATING TO CERTAIN
BUDGETARY APPROPRIATIONS.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare as
follows:
a) That on April 6, 1966 the City Council did
authorize the accelerated purchase of City
Equipment in the amount of $28:, 276.00; and
b) That on November 3, 1965 the City Council
did authorize the expenditure of $1,200.00
for a Christmas Tree as re quo tpd by the
Chamber of Conuneice; and
c) That on November 12, 1965 the City Council
did authorize expenditures for thi? Assembly
Committee on Criminal Procedures Hearings
to be held in Baldwin Park on January 17 and
18, 1966 said expenditures totaling $1,097.89;
and
SECTION 2. That to accoramodate the foregoing expenditures
it is necessary to amend the City Budget as hereinafter set forth:

SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy
thereof to the Director of Finance.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1966.
