A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OP BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION 66-170 RELATING TO CERTAIN
BUDGETARY APPROPRIATIONS.
The City Council of t^ie City of Baldwin Park does
RESOLVE as follows 3
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find/ determine and declare as
follows^
a) That on February 16, 1966 the City Council did
approve a Community Recreation Agreement between
the Baldwin Park Recreation and park District,
Baldwin Park Unified School District and City
of Baldwin Park, this Agreement to be effective
March 1, 1966, and
b) The contribution of the City of Baldwin Park as
authorized under the terms of the Agreement
totaled $1,800.00.
SECTION 2. That to accomodate the foregoing expenditure
it is necessary to amend the City Budget as hereinafter set
forth:
