RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING
AND DETERMINING THE EXISTENCE OF
A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE
SAAftE ABATED. N-50)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS $
SECTION I, That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine and declare as foNowss
a) That pursuant to Section 5200 et seq of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, proceedings have been initiated to determine whether
certain premises, and debrU ffocatedp thereon? constitute a
public nuisance; and
b) That the property, which is the subject of such proceedings
ft is located ats
5159 Warfinda Avenue, City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California more particularly
described as foNowss- NE 6?1 of Lot tJ^, BIk A,

c) That a duly noticed public hearing having been conducted,
pursuant to Section 5^05 s^q he Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
to determine whether the buildings and structures on said property,
in their present state, constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented at said hearing,
It was determined that the same does constitute a public nuisance,
and that the pubtic interest requires that the same be abated.
SECTION 2» That If the owners of said property, or others having
an interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by removing the saia debris 4rcw
said property within 60 days hereof, the Chief Administrative Officer is
instructed to abate the same. as provided in Section 5208 et seq of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Codec
SECTION 5o That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and forward copies hereof as prescribed by the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.
PASSED and APPROVED this 6th day of July, 1966.
