THE C8TT COUNC8L OF THE C3TT OF BALDW8N PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWSg
SECTBON Bo That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
whereby find, determine and decfare as foHows?
a) That pursuant to Section 5200 et seq of the Baldwin Park
Municipal! Code, as a res^Bt of a dtUtCy noticed pub!ic hearings it was
determined that certain premise^ hereinafter describedp constituted
a pubHc nuisance, and
b) That subsequent to tte hearing OR &a?d matter^ the C?ty
Council did order the same abated? the manner set forth in Councit
ResoBuHon NOo 66-2$, and
c) That the owner of the said premises faHed to ab^te the said
nuisance within the time permitted ty saa?d ResoEimtion, and pursuant to
saTd CounefB order the Chief AdmtnisfratSve Officer caused the same to
be abated^ and
d) That a duty noticed pybB?^ hearirg w»s heid upon the report
of the Chief Administrative Officer w?^h reference to the cost of
such abatement^ said report having bem prsaviousBy f?Bed with said
Counc? fl^ and
e) That 0 protests or objectSow to said report were rece?vedj
and
f) That the report of the cost of the abatement work accompj?shed
by the Chief Administrative Officer^ and a description of the property
subject to assessment therefor^ 5 a as Us set forth on Exhibit A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this referenceo
SECTION 2o That the report of the Chief Administrative Officer,
attached hereto as Exhibit A^ is hereby accepted and confirmedo That the
costs of the said worky as shown on said Exhibit A" hal! be assessed aga^n^t
the property as thereon describedi, in t-he amount as set forth in said report»

SECTION 5° That if such assessment s not pa?d to th® Treasurer of
