A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING AND DETERMINING THE
EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING
THE SAME ABATED. N-35).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows s
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et. seq. of the
Baldwin park Municipal Code/ proceedings have been initiated to
determine whether certain premises, and buildings and structures
thereon, constitute a public nuisance; and
b) That the property which is the subject of such
proceedings is located at:
13314-13320 Dalewood Street, City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, more
particularly described as s That portion of Lot 43
Tract 718 as per map book 17, page 17 in the office
of the county recorder of Los Angeles County.
Beginning at a point N 50 deg. 23' West 350 feet
from the most southerly corner o± said Lot 43;
thence Xorth 50 deg. 23' 30" East 375-76 feet
to a non-tangent curve/ concave to the south
having a radius of 183 feet ond length of 107.33
feet; thence easterly along said curv^ to a line
parallel with the southeasterly line of said Lot
43 B thence along south parallel line South 39 deg.
06" 30" West to the point of beginning.
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having been
conducted, pursuant to Section 3203 et. seq. of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code to determine whether the buildings and structures
on said property, in their present state, constitute a public
nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented at said
hearing, it was determined that the same does constitute a public
nuisance, and that the public interest requires that the same be
abated,
SECTION 2. That if the owners of said property, or others
having an interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by:
1. That all debris be removed from the yard area; and
2» That all structure's be secured or removed
within sixty 60) days hereof, the Chief Administrative Officer is
instructed to abate the same, as provided in Section 3208 et. seq.
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.

SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and forward copies hereof as prescribed
by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
