RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING
AND DETS^I N ING THE EXISTENCE OF
A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING
THE SAME ABATEDo N-57)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS^
SECTION lo That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine and declare as followsi
a) That pursuant to Section 5200 et seq of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, proceedings have been Initiated to determine whether
certain premises, and buildings and structures thereon, constitute a
public nuisance; and
b) That the property, which Is the subject of such proceedings
Is located at?
11^012 Ramona Boulevard, City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, more particularly described ass
the southerly 150* of Lot 5, Tract 6l61i., MB 6!^, page 95, as
recorded In the county recorder's office, Los Angeles County,
State of California,
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having been conducted,
pursuant to Section 5205 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to
determine whether the buildings and structures on said property. In
their present state, constitute a public nuisance? and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented at said hearing,
ft was determined that the same does constitute a public nuisance, and
that the public Interest requires that the same be abated,
SECTION 2« That If the owners of said property, or others having
an interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by removing the buildings,
structures and debris from said property within 50 days hereof, the Chief
Administrative Officer Is Instructed to abate the same, as provided In
Section 5208 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 5, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and forward copies hereof as prescribed by the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code*

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE;, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That according to Section 37202 of the
Government Code the Finance Director, or his designated representa-
tive, hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and
to the availability of funds for payments thereof,

SECTION 2. That the payroll Warrant Numbers
Through inclusive, constituting the payroll of the
City of Baldwin Park for the period from 6-16-66 through
A^3Q«.^6 have been presented to the City Council as required
by law, and that the same are hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of $ 22,2CP.°8
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 1663 through
171^ 9 inclusive, constituting the claims and demands against
the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council as
required by law, and that the same are hereby ratified and approved
