A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, DISMISSING PROCEED-
INGS WITH RESPE0' TO A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT APPLICATION Case Nos CP-77;
Applicants Louise Richey)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, determine and declare,
as follows:
a) That the owners of certain real property located in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, heretofore
filed an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a dog kennel
operation upon said property, located at 5111 Bleecker in said City; and
b) That the said application was granted by the Board of Zoning
Adjustment of said City; and
c) That thereafter en appeal was taken to the City Council from
the decision of that body; and
d) That subsequent to the filing of said appeal, the owner of
said property, by letter dated July 8, 1966, which is on file with the
City Clerk of said City, requested that the said application and appeal
be dismissed and further proceedings terminated with respect to said
application.
SECTION 2. That for the reasons set forth above, the proceedings with
reference to Conditional Use Permit application number CP-77 be, and hereby
are, dismissed.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this
Resolution and forward a copy hereof to the Board of Zoning Adjustmenis and
to the applicant.
