A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF 13AWWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORT OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICER ON WORK COMPLETED UNDER SECTION
5200 ET SEQ OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK N-10)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY FIND,
RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The Chief AdmTnIstrative Officer filed a report of work,
as roquIred by Section 3200 of seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code. completed
property, Nuisance Case No. N-10 dated August 3, 1966, covering the following described
Street address= 4641 Aorcod Avenue
Legal: Lot 98, except the north 60 ft. Of the East 218 ft.
of said lot, Tract j~, p per map recorded In Book 68,
page 33 of Maps, Tn the office of the county recorder of
Los Angeles county, State of California.
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 3209 of the Sal.dwi'n Park Aunicipsl
Code the City Council does hereby order that on the 7th day of September, 1966, at
the hour of 8s00 P.M., In the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass
upon any and all objections or protests is the report of the work of the Chief
Administrative Officer and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real
property described above.
SECTION 3, That all protests or objections must be In writing and filed
with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and
objections.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shelf certify to the adoption of this
resolution and cause Copies hereof to be forwarded as proscribed by the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of August, 1966.
