A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY of BALDWI'N PARK SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORT OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICER ON WORK COMPLETED UNDER SECTION
3200 ET SEQ OF THE AUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK N-17)
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY FIND,
RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The Chief AootartstratIvo Of ficur filed a report of uark„
as required by Section-3200 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, completed
on Nuisance Case No. N-1Z doted August 3, 1966, covering the following described
property:
Street Address: 12€!41 Waltham Street, Baldwin hark.
Logais Lot 267, except the West 25 ft.j Lot 266, except the
East 20 ft. of Tract Me. 10104, in the county of Los Angeles,
as per map recorded In Book 142, page 62 of Maps, in the
office of the county recorder of said county, State of
Califernfa.
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section X209 of the Baldwin Park Ilhruiclpol
Code the City Council does hereby order'that on the 7th day of September, 11966, at
the hots- of StOO P.M., in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and
pass upon any and all objections or protests to the roport of the work of the
Chief Administrative Officer and the amount of the assessment assigned against the
real property described above.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be In writing and
filed with the City Clerk en or before the time set for hearing of protests and
objections.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shell certify to the adoption of this
resolution and cause copies hereof to be forwarded as prescribed by the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code.
