A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALD111 I N PARK GRANTING A
VARIANCE. APPLICANT: R. KEITH. CASE
110. ZV-161)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TOE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find and determine as fellows:
a. That on July 13, 1966, the Board of Zoning Adjustments held
a duly clot-iced public hearing on the application for a Variance
to allow the construction and use of a duplex In the R-I single
family residential) Zena; and
b. That the property to which said Variance relates s located
at 13931 Susquehanna Avenue, n the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, wore particularly described
as:
Lot 21 of Tract No. 5129, In the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California$ as per
map recorded.in Book 34, Page 82 of Alaps, in the office
of the County Recorder.
c. That the Board denied the application, and thereafter, a
timely appeal was filed, appealing the decision to the City
Council; and
d. That the Council conducted a duly noticed hearing upon
such appeal, and each am ter of the Council, being familiar
with the site; and
a. That the facts required by Section 9471 of the Baldwin Park
lfunicipal Code are present.
SECTION 2. That the Zone Variance application described above, be,
and the same hereby is granted subject to the following conditions:
a. All construction shall be in accordance with the plot plan
submitted; and
b. That the entire parcel shell remain under the same ownership,
and not be divided for any purpose and applicant shall sign agreement to
that affect.
c. That a view obscuring wall or fence be constructed six 6')
feet in height as shown on the plot plan entitled Exhibit A".
d. That a total of four 4) off-street parking spaces in garages
be provided; and
e. That the applicant shell install all street improvements along
the Susquehanna Street frontage of the subject property i.e., curbs,
gutters, sidewalk, street trees,street lights, street paving,
accordance with City specifications.
f. That the applicant shall provide a three 3) Inch raised concrete
walkway thirty 30) inches in width from the front property line to
the proposed units.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
the resolution and forward a copy hereof to the Secretary of the Board of Zoning
Adjustments and to the applicant.
