A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FIXING THE
RATE OF TAXES AND LEVYING TAXES FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1966.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of raising sums
of money necessary to be obtained by taxation upon all
taxable property located within the City of Baldwin Park
as revenue to carry on the operations of the City for
the fiscal year, commencing on July 1, 1966, and ending
on June 30, 1967, the following tax levies are hereby
imposed upon all such taxable property within the City:
a) General tax levy: $0.61
b) Special Assessment tax levy
for the purposes of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Lighting District,
pursuant to Section 18165 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California: $0.27
Said tax levies, above described, shall be, and hereby are,
imposed upon all lands and all improvements located within
the boundaries of the City of Baldwin Park, as the same
existed on July 1, 1966.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.

duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park,
