RESOLUTION NO. 66-209 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB- JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER- INTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM- PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7, PART 3, CHAPTER 27 OF THE STREETS AND HIGH- WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA 66-s-3) The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby FIND, RESOLVE and ORDER as follows: SECTION 1. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report of work completed on Assessment No. 66-S-3, dated August 17, 1966 covering the following described property: PARCEL 2 Tract No. 718, lot on northeast line of Foster Ave- nue, commencing southeast thereon 119.18 feet from the most southerly corner of Lot 31, Tract No. 22565; thence southeast on said northeast line 59.75 feet with a uniform depth of 168 feet, North 41 deg. 53' East. PARCEL 4 Tract No. 718, lot commencing at the most southerly corner of Lot 31, Tract No. 22565; thence southeast on the northeast line of Foster Avenue 59.43 feet with a uniform depth of 165 feet, North 41 deg. 53' East. PARCEL 5 Tract No. 718, lot commencing at the most westerly corner of Lot 31, Tract No. 22565; thence northwest on northeast line of Foster Avenue 69.61 feet; thence North 41 deg. 53' East 150 feet; thence North 48 deg. 07' West 50 feet; thence North 41 deg. 53' East 15 feet; thence South 48 deg. 07' East 119.61 feet; thence South 41 deg. 53' West 165 feet to the beginning. PARCEL 6 Tract No. 718, lot on northeast line of Foster Avenue commencing southeast thereon 64.67 feet from the most southerly corner of Lot 30, Tract No. 22565; thence southeast on said northeast line 50 feet with a uniform depth of 150 feet, North 41 deg. 53' East. PARCEL 7 Tract No. 718, lot commencing at the most southerly corner of Lot 30, Tract No. 22565; thence southeast on north- east line of Foster Avenue 64.67 feet with a uniform depth of 165 feet, North 41 deg. 53' East. SECTION 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27 of the Streets and Higt_ways Code of the State of California the City Council does hereby order that on the 21st day of September, 1966, in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon any and all objections or protests to the report of the work of the Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real property described above. SECTION 3. All protests or objections must be in writing and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and objections.
