RESOLUTION NO. 66-210
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB-
JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER-
INTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7, PART 3,
CHAPTER 27 OF THE STREETS AND HIGH-
WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby FIND,
RESOLVE and ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. the Superintendent of Streets filed a report of
work completed on Assessment No. 66-S-5, dated August 17, 1966, covering
the following described property:
PARCEL 1 Commencing northeast on Baldwin Park Boulevard
120 feet from the northeast line of Francisquito Avenue;
thence northeast on said southeast line 123 feet with a
uniform depth of 180 feet, South 48 deg. 07' East.
PARCEL 2 Rancho La Puente lot commencing South 41 deg.
52' 45" West 1820 feet and South 48 deg. 07' East 20 feet
from intersection of southeast line of Baldwin Park Boulevard
per Map Book 17, page 17 with the northeast line of land
described in D.D.S. 4338-19 to La Chico Water Company; thence
South 41 deg. 52' 45" West 85 feet with a uniform depth of
194.14 feet South 48 deg. 07' East.
PARCEL 5 Rancho La Puente lot commencing South 41 deg.
52' 45" West 1620 feet and South 48 deg. 07' East 20 feet
from intersection of southeast line of Baldwin Park Boulevard
per Map Book 17, page 17 with northeast line of land described
in D.D.S. 4338-19 to La Chico Water Company; thence southwest
on said line 100 feet with a uniform depth of 184.16 feet
South 48 deg. 07' East.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the City Council
does hereby order that on the 21st day of September, 1966, in the Council
Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon any and all objections
or protests to the report of the work of the Superintendent of Streets
and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real property
described above.
SECTION 3. All prr~tests or objections must be in writing and
filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests
and objections.
ADOPTED and PASSED this 17th day of August, 1966.
