A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB-
JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER-
INTENDENT OF STREET ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER DI`"9I$ION 7, PART 3,
CHAPTER 27 OF THE STREETS AND HIGH- 1
WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby FIND,
RESOLVE and ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report of work
completed on Assessment No. 66-S-6, dated August 17, 1966, covering the
following described property:
PARCEL 2 Rancho La Puente lot commencing South 41 deg.
52° 45" West 1110 feet from the most westerly corner of
Lot 8, Tract No. 13175; thence South 41 deg. 52' 45" West

SECTION 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the City Council
does hereby order that on the 21st day of September, 1966, in the Council
Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon any and all objections
or protests to the report of the work of the Superintendent of Streets
and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real property
described above.
SECTION 3. All protests or objections must be in writing and
filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
protests and objections.
