A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, ACCEPTING
CERTAIN INFORMAL OFFERS OF DEDICATION
FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES AND ALL
USES APPURTENANT THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City
of Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare
as follows:
1) That a certain informal offer of
dedication has heretofore been made by the
owner of certain real property, located in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as is more
particularly described as
The easterly 5 feet of Lot 4, Tract
No. 3179, as per Map recorded in
Book 32, page 93 of Maps, recorded
in the office of the Recorder of
said County. To be known as
Maine Avenue
2) That said area is proposed for
use as public streets, together with all
uses appurtenant thereto; and
3) That the acceptance of the said
offer of dedication is required, and is
in the public interest.
SECTION 2. That the said offer of dedication,
relating to the property hereinabove described, be, and
the same hereby is accepted.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify
the adoption of this Resolution, and shall forward a
copy hereof to the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles
for the purpose of recording this Resolution.
PASSED and APPROVED this 17th day of August
1966.
