A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
TIME AND PLACE FOR A HEARING TO
DETERMINE WHETHER CERTAIN BUILDINGS
AND STRUCTURES CONSTITUTE PUBLIC
NUISANCES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et.seq. of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, the Chief AdmIn)stra-
tive Officer has heretofore conducted an Investiga-
tion and has recommended that the City Council conduct
a public hearing to determine whether certain premises
and buildings, and structures located thereon, con-
stitute a public nuisance within the meaning of,Section
3200 et.seq.of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
b) That the premises to which said report,relates is
described as follows:
1. That property located at 12816 Waltham Street,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, more particularly described as:
The Northwest 42 feet of Lot 278, In Tract 10104,
as per map recorded In Book 142, Pages 62 to 64 of
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County. N-43).
2. That property located at 3237 Baldwin Park Boulevard,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Lms Ange'l'es, State of
California, more particularly desa'ibed ile•. Lot 6,
in Tract No. 11445, County of Los Angeles,~State of
California, as per map recorded in 86ok 210, Page.,7
of Maps, in the office of the Coahty %ecorder of said
County. N-44).
3. That property located at 3513 Millbury Avenue, City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of Calif-
ornia, more particularly described as: Lot 5, in
Tract 26446, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded n Book 672, Pages 95 and 96 of
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.

4. That property located at 3518 Millbury Avenue, City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of Calif-
ornia, more particularly described as: Lot 11, in
Tract 26446, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 672, Pages 95 and 96 of
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County.

5. That property located at 5025 W)ewner Avenue, City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
more particularly described as: Lot 38, in Tract 14713,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 342, Pages 47 and 48 of Maps, In the
office of the County Recorder of said County. N-49).

c) That the said City Council has accepted the recc:a~menda-
tion of the Chief Administrative Officer, and does hereby
declare its intent to conduct a public hearing to determine
whether the said premises above described, constitute a
public nuisance within the meaning of Section 3200 et. seq.
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. That on September 21, 1966, at the hour of 8:00 p.m.,
or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Council Chamber in the City
Hall at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, is hereby designated as
the time and place for the public hearing to determine whether the premises
herein described constitutes a public nuisance within the meaning of said
Section 3200 et. seq. of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby
Instructed to give notice of public hearing to be conducted with regard
to the premises hereinabove described, as set forth in Section 3200 et. seq.
of the said Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and cause a copy hereof to be forwarded to the Chief
Administrative Officer.
