A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR
A HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER CERTAIN BUILDINGS
AND STRUCTURES CONSTITUTE PUBLIC NUISANCES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Part:
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et. seq. of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, the Chief Administrative
Officer has heretofore conducted an investigation and
has recommended that the City Council conduct a public
hearing to determine whether certain premises, and
buildings and structures located thereon, constitute
public nuisances within the meaning of Section 3200
et. seq. of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
b) That the premises to which said report
relates are described as follows:
l. The property located at 13227 Fairgrove
Avenue, City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California more particularly described as:

as per M.B. 1,93, Pgs 22 and 23 of Maps, recorded in

3. The property located at 13508 Benbow Street,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California more particularly described as: The W'ly
60 ft. of the E'ly 390 ft. of the S'ly 100 ft. of Lot
7, Tract 1605„ as per M.B. 20, pg. 32 of Maps, recorded
in the office of the Recorder of said County. N-50)
4. The property located at 4313 Filhurst Avenue,
City of Baldwi.n Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, more particularly described as: Tract #
14237, Lot 28, M.B. 8546, pg. 21, Parcel 10. N-51)
5. The property located at 3429 Frazier Street,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, more particularly described as: Lot 9
Tract 11045, as per M.B. 193, pg. 12 of Maps, recorded
in the office of the Recorder of said County. N-52)
6. The property located at 12730 Finchley Street,
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, more particularly described as: Lots 145
and W'ly 25 ft. of I,ot 144 of Tract 10104, as per map
recorded in Book 142, pgs. 62 to 64 of Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County. N-53)

c) That the said City Council has accepted the
recommendation of the chief Administrative officer, and
does hereby declare its intent to conduct a public
hearing to determine whether the said premises, above
described, constitute public nuisances, within the meaning
of Section 3200 et. seq. of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code.
SECTION 2. That October 5, 1966 at the hour of 8:00 p.m.
or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Council Chambers in
the City Hall at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park,is hereby
designated as the time and place for the public hearings to deter-
mine whether the premises herein described constitute public
nuisances within the meaning of said Section 3200 et. seq. of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the Chief Administrative officer is
hereby instructed to give notice of the public hearing to be con-
ducted with regard to the premises, hereinabove described, as set
forth in Section 3200 et. seq. of said Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and cause a copy hereof to be for-
warded to the Chief Administrative Officer.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of September 1966.
