A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK INDICATING
ITS INTENTION TO MAKE CERTAIN CHANGES
AND MODIFICATIONS IN RESOLUTION OF
INTENTION NO. 66-121, PLANS FOR ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT 66-1 JERRY AVENUE), AND
FIXING A TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON
SUCH PROPOSED CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
resolve that it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park to order the changes and modifications hereinafter set forth, with regard
to Assessment District 66-1.
I) Deletions of Work:
a) Item 31 7 street lights
Estimated savings: $1,400.00
SECTION 2. That the hour of 8:00 P.M. on October 19, 1966, in the
Council Chambers of the City Council in the City Hall at 1"03 East Pacific
Avenue, in said City of Baldwin Park, is designated as the time and place for
the hearing to consider the foregoing matter. Any person interested in said
proposals may appear at said time and place, and be heard with reference to
this matter, or may file any written objections to said proposals with the
City Clerk prior to the time set for hearing.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 1966.
