RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING
AND DETERMINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUB-
LIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED.
N-46).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PAW DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, proceedings have been
initiated to determine whether certain premises, and
buildings and structures thereon, constitute a public
nuisance; and
b) That the property, which is the subject of
such proceedings is located at: 3133 Baldwin Park Boulevard:
Lot #12, Tract-#11007, the northeasterly LI-5 feet, in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per Map Book 193, Pages 22 and 23, of
Maps, recorded in the office of the recorder of said
county.
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having
been conducted, pursuant to Section 3203 et seq of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to determine whether
the buildings and structures on said property, in their
present state, constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented at
said hearing, it was determined that the same does con-
stitute a public nuisance, and that the public interest
requires that the same be abated.
SECTION 2. That if the owners of said property, or
others having an interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by
removing the buildings, structures and debris from said property
within 30 days hereof, the Chief Administrative Officer is
instructed to abate the same, as provided in Section 3208 et seq
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and forward copies hereof as prescribed
by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
PASSED and APPROVED this 5th day of October, 1966.
