RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING
AND DETERMIINING THE EXISTENCE OF A
PUBLIC NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE
SAME ABATED. N-50)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code, proceedings have been initiated to determine whether certain
premises, and buildings and structures thereon, constitute a public
nuisance; and
b) That the property, which is the subject of such proceedings Is
located at: 13508 Benbow Streets The westerly 60 feet of the easterly
390 feet of the southerly 100 feet of Lot 7, Tract 1605, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per
Map Book 20 Page 32 of Maps, recorded in the office of the recorder of
said County.
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having been conducted, pursuant
to Section 3203 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to determine
whether the buildings and structures on said property, in their present
state, constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented at said hearing, It was
determined that the same does constitute a public nuisance, and that the
public Interest requires that the same be abated.
SECTION 2. That if the owners of said property, or others having an
interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by removing the debris from said
property and to secure the said buildings end structures to prevent access there-
to within 30 days hereof, the Chief Administrative Officer Is Instructed to abate
the same, as provided in Section 3208 et seq of the Baldwin Perk Municipal Code.
SECT10N 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and forward copies hereof as prescribed by the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code.

OFFICER OF WORK COMPLETED PURSUANT TO
RESOLUTION NO. 66-255
PURSUANT to Resolution No.66-255 the following
described improvements have been completed:
Clean up and removal of all rubbish, debris, junk and
boarded up building.
THE DESCRIPTION of the real property in front of which
these improvements have been constructed are as follows:
13508 Benbow more particularly described as: The westerly
60 feet of the easterly 390 feet of the southerly 100 feet
of Lot 7, Tract No. 1605, in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per Map Book 20 Page 32
of Maps, recorded in the office of the recorder of said County.
