A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB-
JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER-
INTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7, PART 3,
CHAPTER 27 OF THE STREETS AND HIGH-
WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ASSESSMENT NO. 66-S®8)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
FIND, RESOLVE and ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report
of work completed on Assessment No. 66-S-8, dated October 19, 1966,
covering the following described property:
PARCEL NO. 2 That portion of Lot 17 of Licensed Surveyors
Map filed in Book 22, page 2 of Records of Surveys, in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per Map recorded in the office of the
recorder of said County described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot 17;
thence North 41 deg. 55' East 91 feet; thence South
48 deg. 04' 25" East 258.13'fe-t; thence southwesterly
to the southwesterly line of said hot 17; thence north-
westerly 257.40 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL NO. 3 Lot 16 of Licensed Surveyors Map filed in
Book 22, page 2 of Records of Surveys, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in the office of the recorder of
said County.
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27 of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the City
Council does hereby order that on the 16th day of November, 1966,
in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon
any and all objections or protests to the report of the work of the
Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned
against the real property described above.
Section 3. All protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing
of protests and objections.

RESOLUTION NUMBER 66-97
ASSESSMENT NO. 66-S-8)
PURSUANT to Resolution Number 66-97 the-following described
improvements have been completed:
Sidewalk and driveway approaches
THE DESCRIPTIONS OF the real properties in front of
which these improvements have been constructed are as follows:
PARCEL NO. 2 That portion of Lot 17 of Licensed Surveyors
Map filed in Book 22, page 2 of Records of Surveys, in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per Map recorded in the office of the
recorder of said County described as follows:
