A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB-
JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER-
INTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM-
PLETED UND& DIVISION 7, PART 3,
CHAPTER 27 OF THE STREETS AND HIGH-
WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF- CALIFORNIA
ASSESSMENT NO. 66-5-9)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby FIND, RESOLVE
and ORDER as follows:
Section l. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report of work com-
pleted on Assessment No. 66-S-9, dated October 19, 1966, covering the roilowing
described property:
PARCEL NO. 1 Lot 103 of Tract No. 10104 in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of,Los Angeles, State of California as per map recorded in
Book 142, pages 62 and 64 of Maps, in the office of the recorder
of said County. Except the southwesterly 20 feet thereof.
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California the City Council does hereby order
that on the 16th day of November, 1966, in the Council Chambers, the City Council
will hear and pass upon any and all objections or protests to the report of the
work of the Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned
against the real property described above.
Section 3. All protests or objections must be in writing and filed
with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and ob-
jections.
ADOPTED and PASSED this 19th day of October, 1966.

has been constructed is as follows:

County of Los Angelesy State of California, as per map recorded in
