A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB-
JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPERIN-
TENDENT OF STREETS ON. WORK COMPLETED
UNDER DIVISION 7, pART 3, CHAPTER 27
OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ASSESSMENT NO. 66-S-10)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
FIND, RESOLVE and ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report
of work completed on Assessment No. 66-S-10, dated October 19, 1966,
covering the following described property:
PARCEL NO. 1 The northwesterly 85 feet of Lot 224 of
Tract No. 10104 in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 142, pages 62-64 of Maps in the office of the
recorder of said County and that portion of vacated
street adjacent on the southwest per E:8-120
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the City
council does hereby order that on the 16th day of November, 1966, in,the
Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon any and
all objections or protests to the report of the work of the Super-
intendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned against
the real property described above.
Section 3. All protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the city clerk on or before the time set for hearing
of protests and objections,

RESOLUTION NUMBER 66-99
ASSESSMENT NO. 66-S-10)
PURSUANT to Resolution Number 66-99 the following described
improvements have been completed:
Curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway
approach
THE DESCRIPTION OF the real property in front of which
this improvement has been constructed is as follows:
PARCEL N0. 1 The northwesterly 85 feet of Lot 224
of Tract No. 10104 in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 142, pages 62-64 of Maps in the office of the
recorder of said County and that portion of vacated
