A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB-
JECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER-
INTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7, PART 3,
CHAPTER 27 OF THE STREETS AND HIGH-
WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ASSESSMENT N0. 66-S-11)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby FIND, RESOLVE
and ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report of work com-
pleted on Assessment No. 66-S-11, dated October 19, 1966, covering the following
described property:
PARCEL NO. 1 The southerly 44.77 feet of the northerly 219.77 feet
of the easterly 125 feet of Lot 63 of Valley Veiw Acres, in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of-Los Angeles, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 12 pages 86 and 87 of Maps,in the office
of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 2 The southerly 60 feet of the northerly 175 feet of the
easterly 125 feet of Lot 63 of Valley View Acres, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 12 pages 86 and 87 of Maps, in the office of the
recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 3 The southerly 62.54 feet of the northerly 115 feet of the
easterly 119 feet of.Lot 63 of Valley View Acres, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of,-Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 12 pages 86 and 87 of Maps,in the office of the recorder of said
County.
PARCEL NO. 4 The southerly 23.04 feet of the easterly 119 feet of Lot
62 and the northerly 52.46 feet of the easterly 119 feet of Lot 63
of Valley View Acres, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 12 pages 86 and 87
of Maps,in the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 5 The northerly 79.18 feet of the southerly 84.18 feet of
the easterly 140 feet hind the southerly 84.18 feet of the westerly
214.72 feet of the easterly 354.72 feet of Lot 59 of Valley View Acres,
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 12 pages 86 and $7 of Maps,in the office of
the recorder of said County.
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California the City Council does hereby order
that on the 16th day of November, 1966, in the Council Chambers, the City Council
will hear and pass upon any and all objections or protests to the report of the
work of the Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned
against the real property described above.

PURSUANT to Resolution Number 66-118 the following
described improvements have been completed:

The description of the real properties in front of which these improve-
ments have been constructed are as follows:
