A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OR BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OB-
JFCTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPER-
TNTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7, PART 3,
CHAPTER 27 OF THE STREETS AND HIGH-
WAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ASSESSMENT NO. 66-S-12)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
FIND, RESOLVE and ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report
of work completed on Assessment No. 66-S-12, dated October 19, 1966,
covering the following described property:
PARCEL NO. 3 The westerly 160 feet of the southerly
60 feet of Lot 54 of Valley View Acres, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 12, pages 86 and 87 of Maps
in the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 4 The westerly 160 feet of the northerly 60
feet of the southerly 120 feet of Lot 54 of Valley View
Acres, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 12,
pages 86 and 87 of Maps in the office of the recorder
of said County.
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California the City
Council does hereby order that on the 16th day of November, 1966,
in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon
any and all objections or protests to the report of the work of the
Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned
against the real property described above.
Section 3. All protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing
of protests and objections.

RESOLUTION NUMBER 66-117
ASSESSMENT NQ. 66-S-12)
PURSUANT to Resolution Number 66-117 the following described
improvements have been completed:

THE DESCRIPTION OF the real properties in front of which
these improvements have been constructed axe as follows:
PARCEL NO. 3 The westerly 160 feet of the southerly,60
feet of Lot 54 of Valley View Acres, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 12, pages 86 and 87 of Maps
in the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL N0. 4 The westerly 160 feet of the northerly 60
feet ofT the southerly 120 feet of Lot 54 of Valley view
Acres, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 12, pages
86 and 87 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said
County.
