A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR
ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF
THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7, PART 3, CHAPTER 27
OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA
ASSESSMENT NO. 66-S-14)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby FIND, RESOLVE and
ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report of work completed on
Assessment No. 66-S-14, dated October 19, 1966, covering the following described property:
PARCEL NO. 1 The southeasterly 61 feet of the northwesterly 315 feet of the
northeasterly 300 feet of Lot 7 of Tract No. 718, in the City of Baldwim Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17 page 17 of Maps in
the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 2 The southeasterly 60 feet of the northwesterly 68 feet of the
northeasterly 300 feet of Lot 7 of Tract No. 718, in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as. per map recorded in Book 17 page 17 of Maps
in the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL IVY The northwesterly 63 feet of the southeasterly 156 feet of the
northeasterly 300 feet of.-Lot 6 of Tract No. 718, in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17 page 17 of Maps in
the office of the recorder of said County.
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California the City Council does hereby order that on the
16th day of November, 1966, in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and
pass upon any and all objections or protests to the report of the work of the
Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real
property described above.
Section 3. All protests or objections must be in writing and filed with the
City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and objections.
ADOPTED and PASSED this 19th day of October, 1966.

County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17
page 17 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said County.
