A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR
ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF
THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7, PART 3, CHAPTER 27
OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA.
ASSESSMENT NO. 66-s-15)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby FIND, RESOLVE and
ORDER as follows:
Section.l. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report of work completed on
Assessment No. 66-S-15, dated October 19, 1966, covering the following described property:
PARCEL NO. 1 The southeasterly 96 feet of the southwesterly 108 feet of Lot 8
of Tract No. 718, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 17 page,17 of Maps in the office of
the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 3 The southeasterly 63 feet of the northwesterly 315 feet of the
southwesterly 300 feet of Lot 8 of Tract No. 718, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17,
page 17 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NOM The southeasterly 75 feet of the northwesterly 315 feet of the
southwesterly 300 feet of Lot 5 of Tract No. 718, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Zos Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17
page 17 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 7 The southeasterly 77 feet of the northwesterly 252 feet of the
southwesterly 172 feet of Lot 8 of Tract No. 718, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17 page
17 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said county.
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California the City Council does hereby order that on the
16th day of November, 1966, in the Council. Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass
upon any and all objections or protests to the report of the work of the Superintendent
of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real property
described above.
Section 3. All protests or objections must be in writing and filed with the
City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and objections.
ADOPTED and PASSED this 19th day of October, 1966.

OF WORK COMPLETED PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION
NUMBER 66-132
ASSESSMENT No. 66-S-15)
PURSUANT to Resolution Number 66-117 the following described improvements have
been completed:
Curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches.
THE DESCRIPTION OF the real properties in front of which these improvements
have been constructed are as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1 The southeasterly 96 feet of the southwesterly 108 feet of
Lot 8 of Tract No. 718, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17 page 17 of Maps in the
office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. The southeasterly 63 feet of the northwesterly 315 feet of the
southwesterly 300 feet of'Lot 8 of Tract No. 718, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17
page 17 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 4 The southeasterly 75 feet of the northwesterly 315 feet of the
southwesterly 300 feet of. Lot 5 of Tract No. 718, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17
page 17 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said county.
PARCEL NO. 7 The southeasterly 77 feet of the northwesterly 252 feet of the
southwesterly 172 feet of Lot 8 of Tract No. 718, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17
page 17 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said County.
THE ASSESSMENT assigned against these properties by the Superintendent of
Streets are:
