A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'"Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR
ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO SHE REPORT OF
THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS ON WORK COM-
PLETED UNDER DIVISION 7, PART 3, CHAPTER 27
OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA
ASSESSMENT NO. 66-S--16)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby FIND, RESOLVE and
ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The Superintendent of Streets filed a report of work completed on
Assessment No. 66--S-16, dated October 19, 1966, covering the following described property:
PARCEL NO. 1 The westerly 50 feet of the easterly 102 feet of the southerly
140 feet of. Lot 1 of Tract No. 1398, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 18 pages 164
and 165 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 3 The westerly 52 feet of the easterly 300 feet of the southerly
11+0 feet of Lot 1 of Tract No. 1398, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 18 pages 164
and 165 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said County,
PARCEL NO. 5 The westerly 50 feet of the easterly 650 feet of the southerly
140 feet of Lot 1 of Tract No. 7,398, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 18 pages 164
and 165 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 6 The westerly 50 feet of the 800 feet of the southerly 140 feet
of Lot 1 of Tract No. 1398, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 18 pages 164 and 165 of Maps
in the office of the recorder of said County.
PARCEL NO. 7 The northerly 50 feet of the southerly 140 feet of the westerly
160 feet and the easterly 4`,; feet of the westerly 160 feet of the southerly
90 feet of Lot 1 of Tract No. 1398, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 18 pages 164
and 165 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said County.
Section 2. Pursuant to Division 7, Part 3, Chapter 27 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California the City Council does hereby order that on the
16th day of November, 1966, in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and
pass upon any and all objections or protests to the report of the work of the Superin-
tendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real property
described above.
Section 3. All protests or objections must be in writing and filed with the
City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and objections.
