A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO, 66-28 RELATING TO
TENTATz1?E TRACT NO. 29239
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS
SECTION I, That Section 2, subparagraph I) of Resolution No.
66..28 is hereby amended to read as follower
Section 3. 1). That the applicant shall install a six 6)
foot
high combined wood and masonry walI,as shown on his plan therefor,
along the side' and rear property lines of the proposed parcel to be
subdivided adjacent to Parcels 7, 14, 15 through 18, 26 through 38,
55, 56 and 65 as designated on the tentative map submitted, so as
to separate the single family proposed development from the adjacent
commercial zones and uses. aaio wall shall be stepped down to a
maximum height of 36 inches in the required front yard area adjacent
to Parcels 7 and 65 which front on 5adillo Street; and
That the wall be permitted to be installed in stages so as to deter
damage to street improvements while additional construction is
undertaken. The first stage for the wall shall be developed along
the westerly property lines of Lots 1, 32 and 33 at the present
time; and
That the remainding portion of the wall shall be installed
immediately after final completion of the remaining 42 houses to
be constructed prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy
except in those areas abutting residential properties wherein there
exists a masonry wall along a common property line.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of
this resolution and shall cause copies hereof to be sent to the Secretary
of the Planning Commission and to the subdivider,
