A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN"PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR
OBJECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE
SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS 66-S-19
THE CITY COUNCIL OP' THE CITY OF BALDWIt, PARK DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1, That the Superintendent of Streets has heretofore
filed a Report of Work, dated November 2,'1966, pursuant to Section 5882
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, relating to
the construction of certain improvements, completed in Case No, 66-S-19,
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq. of said
Code, the City Council does' hereby order and declare that on the 7th
day of December, 1966, in the Council Chambers, it will hear and' pass
upon any and all objections or protests to the Report of the Work of
the Superintendent of Streets, and the amount of the assessment assigned
against the real property described in said Report.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
protests and objections.

recorded in Book 6 Page 104 of Maps in the office
of the recorder of said County.

northwesterly 213.68 feet of Lot 67 of El Monte
Walnut Place in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map

of the recorder of said County.
