A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITE OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR
OBJECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE
SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS, 66-S-23)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets has heretofore
filed a Report of Work, dated November 2, 1966, pursuant to Section 5882
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, relating to
the construction of certain improvements, completed in Case No. 66-S-23.
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq. of said Code,
the City Council does hereby order and declare that on the 7th day of
December, 1966, in the Council Chambers,it will hear and pass upon any and
all objections or protests to the Report of the Work of the Superintendent
of Streets, and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real
property described in said Report.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
protests and objections.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November 1966.

OF WORK COMPLETED PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION
NUMBER 66-189 66-S-23)
PURSUANT TO Resolution Number 66-189 the following described
improvements have been completed:

THE DESCRIPTION of the real property in front of which this
improvement has been constructed is as follows;
PARCEL NO. 1 The northeasterly 94.32 feet of Lot 12 of Tract
No. 13079, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 250 Page 35 of
Maps in the office of the recorder of said county.
THE ASSESSMENT assigned against this property by the Superinten-
dent of Streets are:
