1966 284 CC RESO ×P ò © RESOLUTION NO. 66-284 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS. 66-S-24 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets has heretofore filed a Report of Work, dated November 2, 1966, pursuant to Section 5882 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, relating to the construction of certain improvments, completed in Case No. 66-S-24. SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq. of said Code, the City Council does hereby order and declare that on the 7th day of December, 1966, in the Council Chambers, it will hear and pass upon any and all objections or protests to the Report of the Work of the Superintenr dent of Streets, and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real property described in said Report. SECTION 3.
