A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS
64-A-1)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $35,990.26 is hereby transferred
from Sewer Assessment District 64-A-1 Fund to General Fund, to reimburse said
General Fund for funds advanced for said district.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and forward a copy hereof to the Director of
Finance.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of November, 1966.
