A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following areasare hereby designated as
Passenger Loading Zone" pursuant to Section 3301(b) of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code.
a) Northeast side of Frazier Street between Foster Avenue and'
a point 400 feet southerly. Passenger loading only to be
limited to the hours between 7:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
b) The North side of Merced Avenue adjacent to Lots l and 74
of Licensed Surveyors Map 14-30.
SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent is hereby directed
and instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb
markings giving notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic
restrictions.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street
Superintendent.
