THE CITY CIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK. DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE
AND ORDIR A& FOLLOM-
SEC MN 1. The Chief Administrative Officer filed a report of work, as
required by Section 3200 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, ocnmipieted on
Nuisance Case No. N-49 dated December 7, 1966, covering the following described
property:
5025 Wimmwr Avenue-in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
Lot 3e, in Tract 11+713, County of" L" *ngeles, State of California, as
per aaap recorded in Book 31,2, Pages 47 and 48 of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
SON 2. That pursuant to^Seation 3209 of.the Baldwin Park-Municipal
Code the City Council does hereby outer that on the 44th day of January, 1967, at
the hour of B:00 PJU., in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear- and. pass
upon any and all objections or protests to the report of the work of the Chief
Administrative Officer and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real
property described above.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections cast be in writing and filed
with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and objections.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and cause copies hereof to be forwarded as prescribed by the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code.

RESOLUTION NO.-66-240
PURSUANT to Resolution No66-240 the following
described improvements have been completed:
The removal of all stagnat water from swimming pool and
minor yard cleanup.
THE DESCRIPTION of the real property in front of which
these improvements have been constricted are as follows:

California, more particularly described as:
Lot 38, in Tract 14773, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 342, Pages 47 and 48 of Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
