A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR
A HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER CERTAIN BUILDINGS
AND STRUCTURES CONSTITUTE PUBLIC NUISANCES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The City Council of the City of Baidwin Park does hereby
find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code, the Chief Administrative Officer has heretofore conducted an investigation
and has recommended that the City Council conduct a public hearing to determine
whether certain premises and buildings, and structures located thereon, constitute
a public nuisance within the meaning of Section 3200 et seq of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.

1. That property located at 13017 Fairgrove Avenue, City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described
ass The southwesterly 62.5 feet of Lot 5, measured on the southeasterly
line of said Lot 5, of Tract No. 11478, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book
205 Page 48 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said County. N-57)
2. That property located at 3243 Baldwin Park Boulevard, City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described ass The southwesterly 60 feet of Lot 3 of Tract No. 11499,
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 207 Pages 20 and 21 of maps in the office of
the recorder of said County. N-58)
3. That property located at 14107 Chilcott, City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described ass
Lot 43 of Tract No. 18704 in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 459 Pages 30
and 32 of maps in the office of the recorder of said County. N-61)
c) That the said City Council has accepted the recommendation of the
Chief Administrative Officer, and does hereby declare its intent to conduct a
public hearing to determine whether the said premises above described, constitute
a public nuisance within the meaning of Section 3200 et seta of the Baidwin Park
Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. That on January 4, 1967 at the hour of 8:00 P.M., or as soon
thereafter as can be heard, at the Council Chamber in the City Hall at 14403 East
Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, is hereby designated as the time and place for the
public hearing to determine whether the premises herein described constitutes a
public nuisance within the meaning of said Section 3200 et seq of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby instructed
to give notice of public hearing to be conducted with regard to the premises
hereinabove described, as set forth in Section 3200 et seq of the said Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and cause a copy hereof to be forwarded to the Chief Administrative
Officer.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1966.
