THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE
AND ORDAR AS FOLLOWS:-
SECTION 1. The Chief Administrative Officer filed a report of work, as
required by Section 3200 et seq of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, completed on
Nuisance Case No. N-l4 dated December 7, 1966, covering the following described
property:
1341.5 Valle Vista Avenue in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
Lot J" and the East 1/2 of Lot K" in Block 53, in the Valley View Tract,
in the County of Los Angeles, as per map recorded in Book 12 Page 86
of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2, That pursuant to Section 3209 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code the City Council does hereby order that on the 4th day of January, 1967, at the
hour of 8:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon
any and all objections or protests to the report of the work of the Chief Administrative
Officer and the amount of the assessment assigned against. the real property described
above.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing and filed
with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and objections.
SECTION 4, That the City Clerk shall certify. to the adoption of this
resolution and cause copies hereof to be forwarded as prescribed by the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.

THE REPORT OF SHE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICER OF WORK COMPLETED PURSUANT TO
RESOLUTION NO. 66-48
PURSUANT to Resolution No. 66-48 the following
described improvements have been completed:
The removal of all buildings, all debris and matter
incidental thereto.
THE DESCRIPTION of the real property in front of which
these improvements have been constructed are as follows:
In the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, more particularly described as:
Lot J" and the East 1/2 of Lot r'K" in Block 53, of the Valley
View Tract, in the County of Los Angeles, as per map recorded in
Book 12 Page 86 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
