D. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT BALDWIN PARK BOULEVARD
AND CLARK STREET. CIP 853
Recommendation: City Council award the contract to L.A. Signal, Inc., in the amount of
$93,357 for the installation of a traffic signal at Baldwin Park Boulevard and dark Street,
CIP 853; authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement; and, authorize the Interim Director
of Public Works to execute any change orders necessary in an amount not to exceed five
