A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
A PORTION OF RAMONA BOULEVARD 83-V-3)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby declare its intention to consider the vacation of that
certain street easement as shown in Exhibit A" attached hereto, and
described as:
The Southerly 10 feet of the Northerly 22 feet of Lots
3, 4 and 5 of Tract 10104, in the City of Baldwin Park,
as shown on the map recorded in Book 142, Page 62 through
64 of Map Books in the Office of the Los Angeles County
Recorder.
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the provisions of
Section 8300 et seq of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California.
SECTION 3. That the hour of 7:00 PM on the 7th day of
September, 1983, is hereby fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers
at City Halt, located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, is hereby fixed as the place
for hearing a11 persons interested in the proposed vacation as above
described.
SECTION 4. That the Director of Community Services shall cause
notice to be posted in the manner set forth in Section 8322 of the Streets
and Highways Code.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall cause the same as to be published or posted in
the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day 6f7August, 1983.
