A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC
HEARING WITH THE BALDWIN PARK REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE
DELTA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33355 of the California
Health and Safety Code, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park may consent to hold a joint public hearing with the Baldwin
Park Redevelopment Agency for the purpose of considering a
Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to hold
a joint public hearing with the Redevelopment Agency to consider
the proposed Redevelopment Plan and Environmental Impact Report
for the Delta Redevelopment Project on November 2 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby consent
to a joint public hearing with the Baldwin Park Redevelopment
Agency to consider the proposed Redevelopment Plan and the
Environmental Impact Report for the Delta Redevelopment Project.
SECTION 2. That said joint public hearing be held on
November 2-, 1983, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the
Baldwin Park City Hall and that the Executive Director take all
appropriate actions and notify those persons requiring notice of
such public hearings by law, including publication of the legal
notices regarding such hearing.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
