A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 83-94 ADOPTING THE
BASIC SALARY PLAN UNCLASSIFIED
SERVICE POSITIONS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 83-94, Exhibit A", attached
hereto/ incorporated herein by this reference, marked Exhibit A", is
hereby amended.
SECTION 2. Nothing contained in this Resolution shall be
construed as guaranteeing to any employee or official of the City any
vested interest in any salary or position.
SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or portions thereof, in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City
Manager, each department head of the City and the Personnel Officer.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of De/ember, 1983.
