Home My WebLink About1984 007 CC RESO1984 007 CC RESO(ÌìéœRESOLUTION NO. 84-7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING A REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA FOR STUDY PURPOSES I WHEREAS, Section 3310 of the California Community Redevelopment Law Health and Safety Code, Section 33000, et seq.) provides that redevelopment survey areas may be designated by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park desires that the area hereinafter described be studied to determine if a redevelopment project within this area is feasible; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires that a redevelopment project be initiated within this area should it be found that such a project is feasible. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park hereby designates as a Redevelopment Survey Area that area shown on Exhibit A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park hereby finds that the said designated area requires study to determine if a redevelopment project within the area is feasible. SECTION 3.
