A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE CIRCULA-
TION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN AND CERTI-
FYING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION RELATING
THERETO CASE NO. AGP-63).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
SECTION 2.
That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as
follows:
a. That pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Planning
and Zoning Law Section 65300 et seq. of the Government Code
of the State of California), studies were commenced for the
purpose of amending the Circulation Element of the City's
General Plan; and
b. That the Planning Commission has conducted a noticed public
hearing on the proposed amendment to the said Circulation
Element, as hereinafter described; and
c. That the City Council has conducted a noticed public hearing
on said recommendations, and has determined that the public
interest required the approval of AGP-63, and
d. That the changes as outlined are not contrary to the spirit
and intent of the General Plan; and
e. That the amendment proposed for approval, as above described,
is in the public interest and the general welfare; and
f. That the granting of the amendment as above described, wilt
not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious
to the property or improvements in the immediate vicinity, but
will promote the public welfare in the immediate vicinity and
in the City at large.
That the Circulation Element be amended to indicate the deletion
of the following streets:

That the Circulation Element be amended to indicate the addition
or realignment of the following streets:

SECTION 4. That the City Council, at the time of the public hearing, relating
to said General Plan, considered and hereby certifies a Negative
Declaration with respect to said General Plan amendment.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution
and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required
by law.
