A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING WIDTHS FOR PORTIONS
OF PARK PLACE, ELTON STREET AND AUCTION AVENUE
LOCATED BETWEEN RAMONA BOULEVARD AND THE SOUTHERN
PACIFIC RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and declare, as follows:
a) That it is necessary to formally establish
the width of certain public streets located within the
City; and
b) That the Engineering Division has studied
the matter of public street widths, and has recommended
that such widths be established as is hereinafter set
forth; and
c) That the public interest, convenience and
necessity require the adoption of this Resolution.
SECTION 2. That certain streets shall have and maintain the
widths as is set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference. Whenever dedication of street or alley right-
of-way is required as a condition of approval of a zoning device, a
subdivision, or other division of land, or a building permit or any other
entitlement, the amount of such dedication shall be determined based
upon the street widths as set forth on said Exhibit A.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall cause the same as to be published or posted
in the manner prescribed by law. \
