A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF AN
APPLICATION FOR THE SECTION 108"
LOAN GUARANTEE ASSISTANCE FROM THE
UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park desires to apply for Section 108" Loan Guarantee
Assistance to the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development for the amount of $150,000.00.
SECTION 2, That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park believes that a need exists for such funds.
SECTION 3. That the City Manager be authorized to
execute any and all necessary applications and documents on
behalf of the City of Baldwin Park for the purpose of obtaining
Section 108" loan guarantee funds from the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development, including any
amendments thereof.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this /5th day of February, 1984.
