A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 84-6 ADOPTING A BASIC
SALARY PLAN PART-TIME/TEMPORARY)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLD3WS:
SECTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this
reference, marked Exhibit A", is a Basic Salary Plan, adopted pursuant
to Section 2.56.170 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to
positions in the City's employnisnt which are designated and classed as
Part-Tin^/Temporary" positions in such employ.
SECTION 2. Nothing contained in this Resolution shall be
construed as guaranteeing to any employee or official of the City any
vested interest in any salary or position.
SECTION 3. That all Resolutions or portions thereof, in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the City
Manager, each deparfcmsnt head of the City and the personnel Officer.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 1984.
