A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-86
SETTING FEES AND CHARGES FOR ISSUANCE,
PROCESSING AND FILING OF VARIOUS CITY SERVICES
PERMITS AND LICENSES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 84-86, Exhibit A", is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Refuse Collection and Disposal
Franchise Fee 10% of gross collected
by 10th of each month as of January, 1980)
Residential Fees
Single Family Unit 6.10/month
Multiple Family per Unit 6/10/month/
first unit plus
3.85 each
additional unit"
SECTION 2. That all resolutions or portions thereof, in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner
required by law.
