A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK REQUESTING AN ALLOCATION AND PAYMENT
OF COUNTY AID TO CITIES FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE
OF SELECT SYSTEM STREETS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREDY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the County of Los Angeles has appropriated
certain monies to the City of Baldwin Park as County Aid to Cities;
$59,367 for Fiscal Year 1984-85; and
That the City Council desires to expend the amount
of $59,367 of said funds accrued to the City for the maintenance of streets
on the City's approved Select System.
SECTION 2. The County of Los Angeles is hereby requested to
allocate $59,367 of the Aid to Cities funds apportioned to the City for
the maintenance of those streets on the currently approved Select System
County Road Department, and incorporated herein by reference; and
After the allocation is approved by the Board of
Supervisors and funds are available, the County is requested to send such
allocated amount to the City. The City will begin using the funds for street
maintenance according to the terms of the allocation.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and hereby directed to forward a certified cony of this
Resolution to the Los Angeles County Road CCTnmIssioner for processing.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th / day of March, 1985.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was duty and regularly approved and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park at its regular
meeting of the City Council on the 6th day of March, 1985, by the following
