A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DENYING A REQUEST
FOR A CHANGE OF ZONE APPLICANT:
FRITZ EHLERS; CASE NO. Z-453; LOCATION:
4150 PUENTE AVENUE).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That application for a change of zone from OS Open Space)
to I Industrial), was submitted by the owners of real property located at
4150 Puente Avenue, described, more particularly on Exhibit A" hereinafter
Property"), attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and
b) That a duly noticed public hearing was held upon said
matter by the Planning Commission, and based upon the evidence presented, it
determined that the zone change should be approved; and
c) That the City Council conducted a duly noticed public
hearing on said matter, and based upon the evidence presented at said
hearing, and each member of the City Council being familiar with the
site, the City Council determined that the public interest, convenience,
necessity and general welfare did not require the change in zone, herein
described.
SECTION 2. That the above described zone change application be, and the
same hereby is, denied.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereof to the applicant and to
the Secretary of the Planning Commission.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May 1985.
